Extensions, kitchens, renovations and new builds, first fix to last

New Electrical Installations

Building an extension, a new kitchen or a whole new house? Getting the electrics right from the start saves trouble later. We fit the first fix to your builder's plan and work with the other trades, so cables go in at the right time and the job keeps moving.

We come back for the second fix, testing and switching on. We also add new circuits or a bigger board where the load needs it. From kitchens and bathrooms to utility rooms and garden rooms, every job is done to BS 7671 and certified.

New installations questions, answered

How much does the electrical work for an extension cost?

It depends on the circuits and fittings you need, so every job is priced on its own. You get one fixed price in writing against a clear list of work.

Can you work with my builder?

Yes. We fit the first fix to the builder's plan and come back for the second fix, so the job keeps moving.

Can you wire a whole new build?

Yes. From the first cables to the final testing, we take care of the electrics and work with your other trades.

Will the work be certified?

Always. You get an Electrical Installation Certificate. Anything that has to go to Building Control goes in for you.
