Every quote we write covers the same schedule. It's the part most people only find out about halfway through the job — so here it is in advance.
Design & set-out
A circuit schedule agreed with you before a single cable is run. Lighting set out to the room and the furniture in it, not to whichever joist happened to be convenient.
Materials & specification
18th Edition metal-clad consumer unit, RCBO protection on every circuit, surge protection fitted as standard, and accessories chosen with you rather than whatever was already on the van.
Protection of your home
Dust sheets and floor protection down before tools come out, boards lifted and re-laid properly, and the site swept at the end of every day. We leave it as we found it.
Testing
Full dead and live testing to BS 7671, recorded circuit by circuit. You get the schedule of results in your hand, not filed away somewhere you'll never see it.
Certification
Electrical Installation Certificate or Minor Works Certificate as the job requires, self-certified under our NAPIT registration.
Handover & aftercare
A properly labelled board, a plain-English walk-round of what changed and why, and a guarantee on our workmanship. Call us afterwards and you get the person who did the work.
